Gem Faceting Machine FJM-2014U

This machine is equipped with a three-legged flat type faceting hand. The faceting hand is equipped with a 64-degree and 96-degree dual-purpose indexing wheel. The octagonal hand and the faceting hand share a lifting platform, making it easy to see stones. The faceting hand has an angle locking handwheel for easy operation.

Equipped with Fable High Quality Black Exquisite octangle Hand,both the octagonal disc and the spindle are CNC machined for high precision;a high-precision elastic chuck provides a tighter grip, suitable for mounting 5.8mm-6mm dop sticks.

The bottom of the lifting platform disc has a fine-tuning knob, which allows for fine adjustment of the disc’s height. The disc can also rotate freely in the horizontal direction, so users do not need to frequently move the lifting platform to the right to switch small angle and big angle; they only need to adjust the lifting platform up and down and rotate it to achieve gemstones polishing angle from 0 to 90 degrees.

The left column of the lifting platform has markings, and the right column can rotate freely, making it easy to adjust the height of the lifting platform.

When connecting the accessories, be sure to tighten the screws.
