Note:

Cape series (white series) natural diamonds, synthetic diamonds (CVD/HPHT) and Moissanite

Type II Diamond is unidentifiable by this instrument. So when the detection result is CVD/HPHT, there is still a very small possibility that it is natural diamond, and further testing is recommended

Stone size range: 2mm-10mm. Stone below 2mm should be tested using other instruments

Before using this diamond tester SDC-100, advice use a diamond thermai tester to detect stones.

Steps for usage:

1.Plug in the power supply and turn on the power switch;

2.Open the detection cover from the bottom;

3.Wipe clean gems(pls rub the gem in one direction)

4.Place the gemstone to be tested in the middle of the test hole.

5.Close the lid, wait a few seconds, and read the result on the indicator light;

6.The “CVD/HTHP” light is on, it is a synthetic diamond; The “DIAMOND” light is on and a buzzing sound is heard. It is a natural diamond; The “MOISSANITE” light is on, it is Moissanite.
