Diamond Cutting Proportioner FDP-5000

FDP5000 is a cost-effective and compact portable diamond cutting ratio grading device.

The measurement principle is to use a high-resolution industrial camera to accurately measure the contour of diamonds through 360 degree projection photography, and calculate information such as the size and angle of diamond cutting. The measurement software has built-in grading standards for diamond cutting according to the national standard, which can automatically calculate the cutting grade of diamonds. The built-in air pump is used to maintain the stability of the diamond during the rotation of the sample stage, which reduces complex wiring compared to previous designs and also reduces measurement noise.
