This digital refractometer is a supplement to the conventional refractometer. It mainly measures gemstones with a refractive index greater than 1.79 (such as diamond, CZ, Moissanite, etc.).
The gemstones with a refractive index less than 1.79 have a large test error and are not suitable for this instrument

Power supply: 9V alkaline battery or USB power supply
Calibration: no need to calibrate
Suggested detection temperature: 18℃-27℃
Display result: three digits after the decimal point

Gemstones should be clean and dry before testing
It is strictly forbidden to test when the “low battery” indicator light is on
Before testing, the temperature of the gemstone should be adjusted to the testing temperature range
Remove the battery promptly after use
